Холодная жара is an extra large underground map for four players, with one human player and three computer-controlled colors, Blue, Tan and Green, and no teams. It is built for the Shadow of Death version at Normal difficulty. The map is mostly rock, with water covering about 38 percent of the surface and a band of snow on top. The factions are Tower for Red, Necropolis for Blue, Fortress for Tan and Stronghold for Green. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses when all towns and heroes are gone. The map holds eight towns, five starting heroes, and a Grail. Wandering monsters include Azure and Crystal Dragons, Archangels and Mummies, and the artifacts include Armageddon's Blade and the Orb of the Firmament. The author gives no name and only a short note about winter and war.
