Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Boorishness is a Shadow of Death map on a medium 72 by 72 grid with an underground level. Barbarian invaders have settled right on the kingdom's border and rudely look down on the forest folk nearby, and your task is to drive them off the kingdom's land. Four players take part, with only one human seat. Blue, Tan, and Orange are computer-controlled and all play Stronghold, while Green fields Rampart. Rock covers half the map and grass forty percent, with a little water. Victory comes from capturing one specific town, and the game is lost if the 84-day limit runs out. Notable finds include the Angel Feather Arrows, the Tome of Earth Magic, six mines, and two creature banks.
