Призраки прошлого is a large 108 by 108 map with an underground level, built for five computer-controlled players and only one human player. The author's description speaks of an old war whose alliances have collapsed, while its spirit lingers and the past's ghosts come back to life in dark times. Five factions are in play: Necropolis for the human side, with Dungeon, Rampart, Inferno and Castle held by the computer colors. There are no teams. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and the game is lost if a specific hero falls. The difficulty is set to Impossible. Rock covers most of the land, with grass, subterranean ground and lava making up much of the rest, and water takes about 8 percent. Notable features include the Grail, several dragon stacks roaming the map, and a number of placed artifacts.
