Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Reckless Ones is an Extra Large (144x144) map for Shadow of Death, with an underground level and a Hard rating. Up to eight players can take part, all of them human if desired, with no teams and random factions for every color. Snow covers about 70 percent of the terrain and water about 19 percent. The author describes a large two-sided map with a snowy landscape, scarce resources, many quests and unusual locations. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The map contains 25 towns, 10 heroes, 84 monoliths and portals, 48 seer huts, 42 quest guards and the Grail, along with placed artifacts such as Boots of Speed and the Angelic Alliance. Large numbers of wandering Walking Dead and Zombies roam the land.
