Island of Abundance is a large 108 by 108 map with an underground level, set on Impossible difficulty for the Shadow of Death version of the game. Four players can take part, all of them human if desired, and no teams are set. The island appears without any explanation, and each side wants to claim it, which the author notes is far from simple. Red plays Castle, Blue plays Tower, Tan plays Necropolis, and Green plays Rampart. Rock covers about 44 percent of the surface and water about 27 percent. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player is eliminated after losing every town and hero. The island holds twelve towns, 65 mines, and placed artifacts including Cornucopia and four magic tomes, along with wandering Phoenixes and Water Elementals.
