Н. Перумову посвящается — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Dedicated to N. Perumov is an Extra Large 144 by 144 map for Shadow of Death, with an underground level and Normal difficulty. It supports seven players, at most two of them human, with five computer-only colors, and is played in six teams. The factions are Castle, Tower, Rampart, Stronghold, and Inferno. The author made it under the influence of reading Perumov's Hyerward Chronicles. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, and a player is eliminated after losing all towns and heroes. Rock, grass, lava, and sand cover most of the land, with a small share of water. The map holds 47 towns, 88 mines, and 20 creature banks, along with 87 random monster stacks and artifacts such as the Cornucopia and the Crown of the Supreme Magi.
