Лишняя победа is an Extra Large map (144 by 144) for Shadow of Death, mostly grass with about 5 percent water and no underground level. Eight players share the field, with up to two human players and six computer-only colors, grouped into three teams on Impossible difficulty. Red and Blue play Rampart, Purple plays Castle, and Pink plays Necropolis. Green mixes five factions, and Tan, Orange and Teal are random. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. The map holds 28 towns, 72 mines, 37 random artifacts and the Grail, along with many wandering stacks and creature dwellings. The author's premise, paraphrased, is that the player must win again and again, so one more victory should not feel like much of a burden.
