Who Is the Leader? is a small 36 by 36 map with an underground level, set on a crowded island where rival peoples have been fighting and wasting the land. The aim is to seize territory and become the leader, either by flagging every mine or by defeating all rivals. Seven players share the map, with up to five controlled by humans, while the Teal and Pink colors are computer-only, and there are no teams. The factions are Castle, Tower, Stronghold, Rampart, Fortress, and two Inferno players. Lava covers about half the terrain, with smaller shares of water, dirt, and rough ground. Expect 35 random monster stacks, 25 mines, seven towns, and 14 random artifacts, including the Grail. The difficulty is set to expert, and a player is eliminated after losing all towns and heroes.
