Косово is an extra large Shadow of Death scenario covering 144 by 144 tiles, with an underground level and Normal difficulty. It has eight player slots, but only one can be held by a human, and the other seven are computer-controlled. Two teams compete, and victory requires defeating every enemy. A player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The Red player can draw on eight factions, while most other players have one or two. Water makes up about 30 percent of the terrain, and grass covers 32 percent. Forty-eight towns, 19 heroes, and 117 mines are spread across the land, along with 24 creature banks, 10 monoliths and portals, and the Grail. Three wandering Azure Dragon stacks roam the map. The author's brief note frames the whole scenario around a universal hunger for wealth.
