Six colors take part, two of them for human players and four controlled by the computer, with no teams. Red, Blue, Orange and Tan start with random factions, Green plays Necropolis, and Purple plays Dungeon. Rock covers close to half the terrain and water about a quarter, with grass and sand filling the rest. The author's story concerns a king who once ruled these lands and was trapped and jailed, and freeing him is optional. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once every town and hero is gone. The map holds 27 towns, 66 mines and 43 creature banks, with nine Gold Golem stacks and an Ancient Behemoth roaming the map.
