Six players take part, with at most two of them human, and the players form three teams. Red plays Castle, Orange plays Rampart, and Purple plays Fortress, while Blue, Tan, and Green are random. Rock and grass cover most of the terrain, with water and snow making up the rest. The Grail is on the map, along with 20 monoliths and portals, 52 mines, and 12 wandering stacks of Sharpshooters. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The author's note hints at a playful take on death.
