Written from the facts in this map's file
Educational Mission is an Extra Large underground map for Shadow of Death, rated Expert and measuring 144 by 144 tiles. Seven players take part, but only one can be human, and the other six are computer-controlled, grouped into three teams. The factions are Castle, Inferno, Rampart, Tower, Fortress, Necropolis and Stronghold. The premise concerns a man whose greed and pride turned him into a demon, and the goal is to help him regain his former form. Victory and defeat both depend on a specific hero. Rock covers about 38 percent of the terrain and water about 31 percent. Wandering Azure Dragons, an Arch Devil and Ice Elementals appear, and artifacts include the Shield of the Damned.
