Cyborgs is an extra large map of 144 by 144 tiles with an underground level, rated expert. Eight players share the board. Up to six can be human, and the computer controls Teal and Pink. There are no teams. The factions in play are Castle, Stronghold, Tower, and Dungeon, with Teal using both Tower and Dungeon. The author frames the story as machines rising from nuclear ruin in 2384, with the decisive battle set in the present day. Water covers half the map, and grass, snow, and rough ground account for much of the rest. The map holds 30 towns, 17 placed heroes, 46 mines, and the Statue of Legion among other artifacts. A player wins by defeating all enemies and loses by losing every town and hero.
