Arzens is a large single-player-oriented map of 108 by 108 tiles, played on the surface with no underground level. It holds six players, with only one human seat and five computer-controlled colors: Red, Green, Orange, Purple and Teal. There are no fixed teams. The factions in play are Inferno, Tower, Necropolis, Castle and Stronghold, with the Necropolis appearing for several colors. Difficulty is set to normal. The story centers on a necromancer whose raids prompt a hunt for the source of his troops. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, while the player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The landscape is mostly rock and lava, with dirt and rough ground, and no water. The map has thirteen towns, ten placed heroes, a Ghost Dragon, an Archangel and several Walking Dead stacks, plus Angel Wings and the Orb of the Firmament.
