"Death in the Center" is a small underground map for Armageddon's Blade, set on a 36 by 36 grid at normal difficulty. It supports eight players, but only one can be human, and the other seven are computer-controlled. There are no teams. The factions are Dungeon, Tower, Necropolis, Stronghold, Fortress, Castle, Rampart and Inferno, one per player. Water covers about 43 percent of the terrain, with dirt and grass making up most of the rest. The author notes that a Grail is on the map and that time is short, since the hero Gelu needs it. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and the game is lost if a specific hero is lost. The map contains eight towns, 48 wandering monster stacks, 50 scattered artifacts and 11 timed events.
