Rediscovery is a medium Armageddon's Blade map of 72 by 72 tiles with an underground level. It supports four players, all of whom can be human, with no teams and random factions for each side. The author describes years without contact after a past war, when the lords ordered people to stay apart until their sanity began to slip, and the goal is to end that isolation. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. Grass, dirt and swamp cover most of the land, and water takes about 14 percent. Fourteen towns, 48 mines, 21 random artifacts, four seer huts and seven creature banks are spread across the map, along with 154 random monster stacks and a lone Skeleton Warrior stack. Faerie Dragons and Peasants can be found in dwellings, and one timed event is included. The difficulty is Normal.
