Darwin Award is a medium surface map for Armageddon's Blade, measuring 72 by 72 tiles, with no underground level. Four players compete, all of whom can be human, with no teams and random faction assignments for each color. The landscape is mostly grass and dirt, with water covering about 8 percent of the terrain. Players win by eliminating every enemy, and they lose once they have no towns and no heroes left. The map is set on Normal difficulty and includes five towns, 20 mines, seven creature banks, 40 wandering monster stacks, and 10 randomly placed artifacts. The author's brief note suggests that only the strongest players survive here.
