The map, titled in Russian as a war over disputed land, is a large 108 by 108 underground-enabled scenario for three players, each human-controllable, with no teams. Three rulers fight over a contested stretch of territory between their realms until an underground passage opens onto a mysterious island of volcanoes, and the fighting grows fiercer. Players take the Fortress, Rampart, and Stronghold factions, and the win condition is to defeat all enemies, while a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers about half the surface, with water around a quarter and smaller patches of swamp and grass. Wandering monsters include dwarves, ogres, and centaurs in several stacks, and dwellings offer creatures ranging from harpies to pit fiends. The map also holds fifteen artifacts, twenty-four mines, and eleven creature banks, plus a seer hut and one timed event.
