Major Earthquake — SoD

Major Earthquake is a large underground map of 108 by 108 tiles, set in a land where dwarven colonies were once cut off from the outside world until an earthquake opened new routes to hostile territory. The map is built mostly from swamp, rock and subterranean ground, with some grass and no water. It supports two computer-controlled players, Tan (Rampart) and Orange (Fortress), and only one human player can take part. There are no teams. A player wins by defeating all enemies and loses by losing every town and hero. Nine towns, two starting heroes, and many mines and creature banks are scattered across the level. Wandering stacks include Titans, Beholders and Medusas, while dwellings hold creatures such as Crystal Dragons and Basilisks. Fifteen artifacts are placed on the map, including the Shield of the Dwarven Lords.
