LoveStory is a medium 72x72 underground map for In the Wake of Gods, rated Hard and built for four players, with only one human seat and the Blue, Tan and Purple colors left to the computer. Players are split into two teams, and the factions are Castle for Red, Dungeon for Blue, Fortress for Tan and Necropolis for Purple. The map is mostly grass, rock, lava and rough ground, with very little water. Ten towns and five starting heroes are spread across the level, and the map is watched over by wandering stacks of Minotaur Kings, Troglodytes and Pikemen, along with seven random monster stacks. Players can find the Clover of Fortune and the Necklace of Dragonteeth, twenty random artifacts, 57 mines, a seer hut and two quest guards. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, and a player loses by losing a specific hero of their own.
