Lost to the Sea — AB

Overview

Written from the facts in this map's file

Lost to the Sea is a medium 72x72 underground map for Armageddon's Blade, built for four players at Normal difficulty, all of whom can be human and all of whom start with random factions. There are no teams and no computer-only colors. The author's description tells of an island that has vanished, leaving only a black rift, and invites players to use the chance to grow a small island kingdom. Water and rock each cover about 45 percent of the surface. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The map holds four towns, nine mines, and ten monoliths and portals. Wandering forces include Cyclops and a Cyclops King, a Serpent Fly, an Ogre Mage, a Faerie Dragon, a Troll, a Boar, and a Peasant.

Author's description

A Strange event just took place sire. The island of Garga, has...disapeared. All that remains is a black rift in the ground. You should perhaps take this opertunety to expand your small island kingdom?
