Long Road — AB

Long Road is an Extra Large map for Armageddon's Blade, measuring 144 by 144 tiles and including an underground level. It is rated Expert and supports eight players, with two human seats at most and six colors reserved for the computer. Two teams are set against each other: Farton and Tinkelton form one alliance, facing the six other lords, who are separated from their allies by the map's geography. Factions include Inferno, Rampart, Stronghold, Fortress, Necropolis, Tower, Castle and Dungeon. The goal is to defeat all enemies, while a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers roughly 42 percent of the land and water about 22 percent. The map holds 20 towns, several wandering dragons, 122 random monster stacks, and 29 random artifacts, along with mines, seer huts and monoliths.
