Legenda is a medium underground map of 72 by 72 tiles, built for one human player against five computer-controlled opponents, with no teams. The author's note, written in Polish, frames it as a legend told by an old sage, and the terrain is mostly rock and dirt with little water. Six colors are in play: Red plays Stronghold, Green plays Necropolis, Orange plays Dungeon, Purple plays Inferno, and Blue and Teal are random. Set on the Impossible difficulty, the map is won by defeating all enemies and lost when every town and hero is gone. Along the way are eight towns, a large spread of wandering monsters led by Pikemen and Ogre Mages, fifteen named artifacts, and a scattering of mines, creature banks, and monoliths.
