Lands & Water is a large 108 by 108 Armageddon's Blade map with an underground level, built for six players, all of them human-controllable, with no teams and no computer-only colors. The setup pits Fortress, Rampart, Necropolis, Tower, Inferno and Castle against one another on the Impossible difficulty. Nearly half the surface is water, with swamp, snow and rough ground making up much of the rest. Fifteen towns are scattered across the map, and wandering monsters include several dragon stacks alongside a few other strong creatures. Dwellings host dragons of various kinds, and the map holds nine named artifacts, including the Armageddon's Blade and the Legion armor pieces, along with 26 random artifacts. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player is eliminated after losing every town and hero.
