Land of forbidden Love — SoD

Land of Forbidden Love is an extra-large, normal-difficulty map for Shadow of Death, sized 144 by 144 and played entirely on the surface. Roughly 55 percent of its area is water, with the rest given over to subterranean-style ground. Four players compete, but only one seat is human; Red, Blue and Tan are computer-controlled, and no teams are set. Red and Blue play Tower, Tan and Green play Rampart. Victory comes from capturing a particular town, while losing a specific hero ends the game. The map holds 28 towns, along with 114 mines, a dozen monoliths and portals, and four seer huts. Notable finds include Armageddon's Blade, the Golden Bow, Titan's Gladius and a Wizard's Well, and wandering stacks include Iron Golems, Obsidian Gargoyles and Arch Mages.
