Crystal Flow is a small 36 by 36 alliance map with an underground level, built for four players split into two teams, and all four seats can be human-controlled. Red plays Dungeon, Blue plays Tower, Green plays Rampart, and Purple plays Necropolis. The author describes a land of magic where armies take a back seat, with druids and mages on one side and a necromancers' tomb below ground that works well alongside the dungeon. Players can choose a starting artifact for their faction. Subterranean, grass, dirt and snow terrain cover most of the land, with a small share of water. Wandering Wraiths, Giants and Stone Golems roam the map, and notable finds include the Titan's Cuirass, the Endless Sack of Gold, and dwellings that house Liches and Beholders. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone.
