Kalandozas is a large 108 by 108 map for Heroes of Might and Magic III: In the Wake of Gods, played on the surface with no underground level and rated Hard. Its author describes the player as a restless adventurer who would rather seek danger and quests than sit at home building, and who has bitten off more than they can chew. Six players share the map in four teams, but only one seat can be human; the other five colors are controlled by the computer. The factions are Necropolis, Inferno, Fortress, Rampart, Tower and Conflux. Water covers about a third of the land, with grass, snow and swamp making up most of the rest. Scattered across it are eight towns, fourteen wandering monster stacks, several golem and elemental dwellings, the four tomes of magic, and the Pendant of Courage. Victory and defeat both hinge on a specific hero.
