Jo-ho-ho — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Jo-ho-ho is a large 108 by 108 map with an underground level, rated hard, for six players, up to four of them human. Blue and Purple are computer-only, and there are no teams. The author frames it as a revenge story: the player is the apprentice of a betrayed pirate who wants to destroy a trading company's central city, a prize that rivals also covet. Factions include Castle, Dungeon, Necropolis, Conflux, Fortress, Inferno, and Stronghold. Victory requires capturing one specific town, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Water covers about 30 percent of the terrain. The map holds 26 towns, 82 mines, and 18 creature banks, along with wandering monsters such as Black Dragons and Phoenixes.
