Jed{i S}tory® — SoD

Overview

Written from the facts in this map's file

This extra large map, which includes an underground level, is rated expert and is built for Shadow of Death. It supports eight players, with only one human seat and seven computer-controlled colors, and no teams. The author's note describes a character who wakes on horseback with an army in an unfamiliar land and must begin again. Water covers about 40 percent of the 144 by 144 terrain, with grass, rock, and snow making up most of the rest. Factions include Castle, Inferno, Stronghold, Necropolis, and several others. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and losing a specific hero ends the game. The map holds 39 towns, the Grail, and placed artifacts such as Armageddon's Blade, along with wandering Titans and Master Genies.
