Impassable!! — WoG
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Impassable!! is an Extra Large 144 by 144 map for In the Wake of Gods, with an underground level alongside the surface and an Impossible difficulty setting. Eight players can each take one of the factions Rampart, Tower, Fortress, Necropolis, Stronghold, Castle, Conflux, and Necropolis, and all eight slots can be human, with no teams. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once every town and hero is gone. Rock, subterranean, rough, and snow tiles cover most of the land, and there is no water. The map holds 16 towns, 32 heroes, 218 creature banks, and artifacts such as the Cards of Prophecy and the Pendant of Total Recall. The author's note mentions WoG 3.5 and recommends the Tavern, ideally with a +3 luck medallion.
