Iceland WOG — WoG

Iceland WOG is a medium 72 by 72 map for In the Wake of Gods, with an underground level and a Hard difficulty rating. Four players each start with a random faction, and all four can be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. The author's note describes volcanoes that have erupted to form a mainland, which each island team sets out to explore, only to find signs that people lived there before. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. Snow, rock, and water cover much of the surface, with subterranean areas making up the rest. Notable features include a giant, a leprechaun, and a sea serpent wandering the map, an Air Elemental dwelling, and placed Armor of Wonder and Diplomat's Ring artifacts.
