Hyden Trilogy I is a medium 72x72 surface map for one human player and four computer opponents, with no teams. The author's description, translated, says that after escaping the Sleeping Forest where he was born, Hyden must confront cruel Knights and defeat the Angels who guard them, and that this is his first adventure. Five players are placed, with Red and Blue on Castle, Green on Rampart, Pink on Stronghold, and Tan on both Rampart and Stronghold. The map has 11 towns and 33 mines, along with 13 creature banks and several wandering stacks, including an Archangel, a Phoenix, an Arch Devil, and a Mummy. Rough and grass cover most of the land, with water at about 15 percent. Victory requires defeating a specific monster, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes.
