Hydra — HotA 1.8.0

Hydra is a hard, medium-sized underground map of 72 by 72 tiles for a single player. Its premise is that a hydra has destroyed a village and killed the hero's family, and the hero must defeat the creature while it remains fixed in one place, before the 168-day limit runs out. The Rampart army fights across terrain that is about half rock, with grass and water covering the rest. The map holds three towns, fifteen mines, three seer huts, two creature banks, and the Grail. Notable finds include the Titan's Gladius and Titan's Cuirass, and wandering stacks include an Archangel, a Titan, and a Chaos Hydra. Victory requires defeating one specific monster instead of the standard goal.
