Hyaden's Trilogy I — SoD

Hyaden's Trilogy I is a medium 72 by 72 surface map for Shadow of Death and opens the first chapter of Hyaden's story. After escaping the forest where he was born, the hero must face cruel knights and the angels who guard them. The map supports five players, with one human seat and four computer-controlled colors, and no teams are set. Red and Blue play Castle, Green plays Rampart, Pink plays Stronghold, and Tan mixes Rampart and Stronghold. Victory requires defeating a specific monster, while a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Rough and grass terrain cover most of the land, with water at about 15 percent and snow at 7 percent. Notable finds include the Endless Purse of Gold, wandering Arch Devil and Archangel stacks, and dwellings holding Green Dragons and Giants.
