Hour of the Dragon vs. Rampart is a hard, medium-sized 72 by 72 underground map for three players, with two seats open to humans and the third held by the computer as Purple, who plays Rampart. Green and Orange receive random factions, and no teams are set. Rock and water cover much of the land. The author describes dragons ruling the realm, and says the story is loosely drawn from a Robert E. Howard novel, with Conan as an opponent. Players must free the captive heroes and seize the dragon breeding grounds. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Notable features include the Grail, ten creature banks, twenty-nine mines, and wandering Titans and Ancient Behemoths.
