Helge is an extra large underground-enabled map for Restoration of Erathia, set on a 144 by 144 grid at Normal difficulty. It supports six players, with two seats open to human players and four held by the computer, grouped into four teams. The factions are Castle, Tower, Stronghold, Rampart, Inferno and Necropolis, one per player. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. The terrain is mostly rock and water, with grass and subterranean areas making up the rest. The map holds eight towns, ten heroes at the start, and wandering monster stacks including skeletons, familiars and water elementals, plus the Grail and a range of placed artifacts. Mines, seer huts, creature banks and two monoliths or portals add further objectives.
