Global Control is a large underground map of 108 by 108 tiles, rated hard and built for six players, with one human player at most and the other five colors run by the computer. Red, Blue, Orange, Purple and Teal are computer-only, while Tan is the color a human would take. Two teams face each other, and the factions in play are Stronghold, Castle, Fortress, Inferno, Necropolis and Tower. Rock, water, lava and subterranean ground make up most of the terrain, and the map holds ten towns, a Grail, and scattered mines, wandering monsters and artifacts. Victory requires defeating all enemies. You lose if you lose all your towns and heroes.
