The Fjords - Teams map is a large underground-enabled battlefield measuring 108 by 108 tiles, set on a cluster of small islands that are mostly rock, with water covering about a quarter of the surface. Five players take part, all of them human-controllable, split into three teams, and each player leads a different town type: Rampart, Tower, Dungeon, Conflux and Castle. The game is played at Normal difficulty under Armageddon's Blade rules. A player wins by eliminating every enemy, and a player is defeated once all of their towns and heroes are gone. Seven towns and two starting heroes are placed across the islands, with wandering monsters such as Zealots, Peasants, Storm Elementals and Grand Elves roaming the land. Dwellings hold dragons and elementals, and the map includes the Grail, several powerful artifacts such as Armageddon's Blade, and 39 mines.
