Finlandia is a hard, extra large 144 by 144 map with an underground level, built for eight human players with no teams. Each player leads one of eight factions, from Castle to Stronghold. The backstory describes centuries of war that good won, leaving the south at peace until evil seeks revenge, and only a group called the Renegades can stop it. Rock and grass cover most of the land, with subterranean ground and water making up the rest. Victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player is eliminated by losing every town and hero. Twenty towns, fifteen heroes, 110 mines, and the Grail are spread across the map, alongside wandering goblins and arch devils and artifacts such as Angel Wings.
