Eight players can take part, with up to four human players, while the other four colors are computer controlled. Players are split into five teams, and every faction is chosen at random. Water covers about 36 percent of the surface and rock roughly a third, leaving grassland and rough terrain in between. The map holds 35 towns, 19 heroes, 100 mines, and 48 monoliths and portals. Highlights include the Grail, Armageddon's Blade, and Angelic Alliance, along with wandering Crystal Dragons and Azure Dragons. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once they have no towns and no heroes left.
