Exciting Trip is an extra-large underground map for Armageddon's Blade, measuring 144 by 144 tiles with a second level below ground. Each color plays a different town type, covering Fortress, Tower, Castle, Rampart, Stronghold, Inferno, Necropolis, and Dungeon. Victory requires defeating every enemy, and a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. Rock covers close to half the land, with water making up about a fifth. The map is populated with 17 towns, 54 mines, and 11 creature banks, along with wandering stacks of Efreet, Pit Fiends, and Horned Demons. Its description frames the threat as rising from underground.
