Erebor — RoE

Erebor is a large underground-capable map measuring 108 by 108 tiles, played at Normal difficulty with eight players across three teams. Red and Green form one team, Blue and Teal form another, and the computer-controlled Tan, Orange, Purple and Pink players are not allied with either side. All eight seats can be taken by humans, and every faction is assigned at random. Victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player is eliminated once they lose all towns and heroes. Rock covers about 38 percent of the terrain and water about 16 percent, with some subterranean ground as well. Wandering monsters include gold golems, grand elves, and a red dragon, and the map holds six named artifacts such as the Dragon Scale Shield, alongside nine towns, sixty mines, and four monoliths and portals.
