The premise follows a young heir who inherits his father's conflict with a baron to the southeast, is foretold to become a legendary hero, and learns that the Elemental Lords may serve a greater power. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. Rock covers about 42 percent of the terrain, with water, dirt, and lava making up most of the rest. The map holds 11 towns, 73 mines, 12 monoliths and portals, and 22 skeleton warrior stacks among its wandering monsters.
