Drakonias Rescue — WoG

Drakonias Rescue is a medium underground map of 72 by 72 tiles, rated hard, for two players where only one can be human and the other, Blue, is controlled by the computer. There are no teams. The Red player fields a Dungeon town and the Blue player a Necropolis. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and the player loses if a specific hero falls. Rock covers about 41 percent of the land, with grass, water and subterranean terrain making up most of the rest. The map holds four towns, one starting hero, and a range of wandering monsters, including Bone Dragons, Faerie Dragons, a Phoenix and a Wyvern Monarch. Dwellings offer several dragon types and Medusas, and there are 17 random artifacts, 14 mines, and a seer hut.
