Devil's quest — RoE

Devil's Quest is an extra-large underground map for Restoration of Erathia, set on a 144 by 144 grid for one human player and seven computer opponents, who are split into three teams. The player leads the Inferno faction and must destroy the town of Epholia, held by Archangels, while first fighting rival nations, especially the Mages who have long allied with the Archangels. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and the game is lost if a specific hero falls. Terrain is mostly grass and rock, with water covering about a fifth of the land and some swamp. The map holds 17 towns, 94 mines, and the Grail, along with several named artifacts, a handful of seer huts, creature banks, and a timed event.
