Days of Glory — RoE

Days of Glory is a large 108 by 108 map built around several islands, with an underground level linking the landmasses above. Five players take part, and all five can be human, with no teams and every faction chosen at random. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player is eliminated after losing every town and hero. Water covers about 29 percent of the surface, rock roughly a third, and subterranean ground a smaller share. Seven towns are spread across the isles, guarded by wandering stacks that include a Thunderbird and a Medusa Queen. Players will also find five named artifacts, 26 random artifacts, 39 mines, and three creature banks. The difficulty is set to Normal, and the scenario favors close fighting among neighboring islands.
