Ciepłe, znajome miejsce is a hard, small underground map of 36 by 36 tiles for Horn of the Abyss 1.7.1 and later, made by Begrezen. Two players, both Inferno, each play as a minor lord of the netherworld competing for the throne of the Imp King, and both seats are human-controlled. The map has no teams and no computer-only colors. The game is won by accumulating 1000 Familiars, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Terrain is mostly lava, with rock and rough ground making up the rest. Guards are strong, particularly around the zones between players, and the map holds four towns, twelve mines, four creature banks, four seer huts, and a number of placed artifacts, including the Ring of Vitality and the Vial of Lifeblood.
