Canberra v1.2 (hard) — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Canberra v1.2 is a hard, large 108x108 surface map for Armageddon's Blade, with no underground level and no teams. It supports five players, two of them human, while the Tan, Orange, and Purple colors are computer-controlled. Red and Purple play Dungeon, Tan and Green play Rampart, and Orange plays Castle. The map is mostly dirt and grass with about 5% water. Victory requires flagging all creature dwellings, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The map contains 10 towns, 44 mines, 14 creature banks, and 22 monoliths and portals. Wandering Dragon Flies are plentiful, and the Grail is placed on the map. The author's description frames the premise as a protest against a national tax, which the player must reverse by gaining broad public backing.
