Campaign against Nikromanser — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Campaign against Nikromanser is an extra large, 144 by 144 map for Restoration of Erathia, with an underground level and Normal difficulty. Five players compete, with Red and Pink reserved for computer control, so up to three humans can take part. There are no teams. The factions are Necropolis for Red, Stronghold for Blue, Tower for Green, Fortress for Purple and Rampart for Pink. Water covers about 39 percent of the surface, with snow, grass and rock making up most of the rest. Victory requires capturing one specific town, while a player loses by running out of towns and heroes. The map holds 37 towns, 14 heroes, 144 mines, and many guarded dwellings, creature banks and artifacts, including Dragon Scale Armor and the Endless Purse of Gold. Wandering war unicorns and water elementals are common.
