Bloodrules — AB

Bloodrules is a small underground map for Heroes of Might and Magic III: Armageddon's Blade, measuring 36 by 36 tiles and set on a single underground level. It is built for two players, with only one seat open to a human, since the Red player is computer-controlled. There are no teams. Both sides start with random factions, and victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player loses if a specific hero is lost. The map is mostly grass, dirt, rough ground and lava, with a little water. Its features include three towns, two starting heroes, a Gorgon and a Horned Demon wandering the land, and a scattering of random monster stacks. Notable placed artifacts include several inexhaustible carts and endless resource sacks, a Ring of Infinite Gems, and an Everflowing Crystal Cloak. Four creature banks and seventeen timed events add further variety to the contest.
